He was so good in that scene... and truthfully I've been on sets with great well known actors thinking "They're so good, this looks like crap...", but with a good sound team, lighting, and editing, the performance was so much better watching the finished product than on set. Like when I watch people's audition tapes and think "I love that actor, but how did they know from that VHS tape that was sent in?" Or a clearly cellphone taped thing. This guy though, that scene, with absolutely no other part of the production team being remotely skilled, was still able to put out a performance that stood out, and made you feel for his character what you should. All I could think when I watched it (I did watch the movie after watching this the first time) was with a competent crew this actor could get somewhere...

Now that I've watched this whole episode, I have a new theory about what happened. This film was probably scored and had music that got nixed at the last moment. In the credits, someone is credited with Original Music. It's possible that there was a VERY last minute screw up with money or something and it was all pulled. There's also TWO editors credited. I wonder if a second editor had to come in at the last minute and pull the music and then really hurriedly do the best he could with sound editing and HE was the voiceover. It's pretty clear that Lisa's ADR is not the actress. So it was just whoever was in the room when they had the 2 days to fix everything and get it out. There's a whole sound team in the credits and there's no way that a team mixed it so poorly in the final cut. I'm guessing that was the 2nd editor who didn't know what he was doing, or just didn't have the time to do it. So, this second editor was asked to do an impossible job in zero time with likely not even close to appropriate pay. IF he's the voiceover, I can imagine he might have been impaired in some way or another. It IS L.A., right? So I'm sure he took some liberties to fill a lot of silent space. Oh... and my favorite part is at 50:13 when the boom operator and boom are clearly in the mirror. Fun fact: (fun not guaranteed) Somehow, 50:13 in your video shows exactly what's happening at 50:13 in the film on Amazon. You likely didn't try to do that. A one in a million coincidence.

I THINK Paula's point was that, if Prince was reborn, he'd be reborn as a baby and age normally as a human, because that's what makes sense. So if he died 30 years ago and was reincarnated, he wouldn't be 60 or whatever, he'd be 30. Lisa thinks that, if he came back, he'd come back as a grown-ass man, and age from there.
