I can understand confusion and helplessness of the host, in trying to understand the love Sadhguru is explaining.. It’s so easy to intellectually understand the beauty and validity of universal love as sweetness of our emotions, that has got nothing to do with others, but so difficult to imbibe. My love and happiness seems to come from outside..If I am in company of good friends/people I am so happy…..😍😍 Even though, I am fine alone no issues being by myself, but it seems, I am far more joyful in good company… well I understand that this is bondage/dependence unfortunately, but I am actually working towards being free and blissful at the same time..making progress..🙏

Appreciate honesty of Vijay he is like a kid, he admits he doesn't understand spirituality. exactly my pointt when u choose to be in that frequency of love..it really does not matter who the person is if you are being in that state of love ; we can have that compassion even for people who seemingly hurt u in some way at past as then u can see out of love that those people who have hurted u that's because they are hurted in their past; they have internally suppressed pain...u can automatically feel empathy for them..and the most beautiful part of being in that state of love is : ur soul feels liberating in this energy compared to very heavy energy of hatred that cage ur soul up.❤
