I’ve always been disturbed by the fact that no one did what everyone wanted: The original song just transformed into a big orchestral version. This is by far the best arrangement of the T2 theme I've ever heard. It's way better than the botched attempts in T3, Salvation and Genisys. It's like a "Terminator Suite" and it's beautifully executed.

The Love Scene... In my opinion, one of the most beautiful and movie history. The music. The way it was filmed and cut. He's outa time. He's strong, yet fragile in the scene. She's mostly fragile, but stronger from now on. He's with the girl of his dreams, maybe never even laid a girl before. All this. They put the whole scary business behind them just for one night and "loved a lifetime's worth".

These notes make up the best music in music history. You can play the same notes and it can be as calming as a lullaby, as romantic as a poem, or play the same notes with more dynamism and suddenly it becomes aggressive and foreboding, perfectly suited for the doomsday scenario it was meant to set the tone for. I can not recall any other melody in music history that would have the same versatility, any "arrangement" I've ever heard of other music needed to change the original, either embellish or completely alter the melody, to change its tone. With this one you can literally use the same tabs and change the instrument and make the decision how hard or soft you hit the notes to change the tone. It just blows my mind.

I watched/listened to it from start to end and thoroughly enjoyed it. My 6 year old boy loves the Terminator theme so this was a treat for him to hear... Hair raising stuff.
