He did not cheat. Josh was not into the relationship very early on and Jodie just kept hanging on (by not leaving his home even when he was working away) Jodie was meant to be a one night stand and she even admittedly said it was a one night stand that lasted three years. He was trying to get out of it when she became pregnant. He wanted to be there for her and their child, so he said yes to marriage. Although the media say he was devastated by the breakup, it was actually Josh who asked for the divorce, Jodie simple did the filing. He never truly seemed happy when he was with her, the sparkle had left him and diehard fans recognized that. I am so glad that they chose to have a friendly split, it's better for their family.
