Yes there were Dilophosaurus on Isla Sorna, a total of 17 were originally cloned and 5 were shipped to Nublar leaving 12 on Sorna.

And I love all the Lost World book references in this game, like carrying the infant safely in the mouth, or the carno. This Jurassic Month somehow keeps getting better! In Lore, they are broken up into competing tribes on sorna- And in the books they breed like rabbits. They are the ost plentiful species on sorna, but evidently, their separation of themselves from other packs keeps them from dominating the island entirely. they also seem pretty respectful or territorial boundaries

Well Isla Sorna was where they breed the animals and nurture them so they can be brought to Nublar, so Sorna has pretty much the same dinosaurs as Nublar (minus the Spinosaurus)
