God Is LOVE. What gets in the way of true ministry are the traditions and caveats of man.

He seems like he is running a comedy skit with forced laughs rather than being a guest speaker at a church.

It is good to laugh and to love. Jesus uses all different approaches to draw in his sheep. There are serious preachers as well as a funny dude named Bob all working on God's team.

I do not like Bib Goff, he comes across as an “ignore the sin problem part of the gospel” type of person and he seems to put himself on a pedestal

things I got from this talk. 1st Faith is not easy-it will kill every previous verison of yourself. 2nd check every message against scripture. 3rd feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, clothe the naked, house the homeless and visit those in prison. It is sin to turn our backs to the hurting. Matthew 25:31-40. When theSon of Man comes in his glory... He will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on the right and the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on the right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father, take your inheritance... For I was hungry and you gave something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave something to drink, "I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. ' Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you... " The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me. " I enjoy Bob, his self-deprecating humor is not what I would consider putting himself on a pedestal when he makes himself the butt of every story. He uses the bible to teach people to read, scripture is a big part of his life. If you don't benefit from his teaching of the gospel then listen to who's teaching is more to your liking. I listen to a wide assortment of speakers but Bob is one of my favorites.

Agree. I think Bob is a terrific liver of the Lord helping us to see our possibilities in serving God as "regular " people out there with the ability to show God's love to whom we find in our paths.
