The french version is also very sad, if we translate it's called "Yesterday, two kids" "We were just a child at play" is translate by something "two new hearts at their spring time", the rest of the song is "unlighting my sky like a sun it gives birth to wonders, if the days must have passed, I din't forget, and I know this love can last forever, beautiful love sweet love, you will always follow me" ❤

I think this part of the movie was when the furry part of me started to develop
@allenholloway51094 жыл бұрын
I think the reason this movie in particular is common for that is that while other Disney movies have anthropomorphic animals, this is one of the few where every character seems like a real person. Rather than just a fantasy character, I mean. It's a lot more "grounded" while still being about talking animals.
@MonaLisa-zz5cv3 жыл бұрын
@@allenholloway5109 yeah, just to demonstrate the power, my mom once expressed a negative take of the idea of furries when she learned why they were selling animal costumes for adults at the store, but later she admitted to having a massive crush on Ribbon Hood as a kid. She still says this is the best film version in her opinion. 😂
@allenholloway51093 жыл бұрын
@@MonaLisa-zz5cv And for me, Maid Marian was pretty. (And this is when I was young enough where I had absolutely no sexual attraction to anything, period. Just a vague "that is a mom-like entity.") And there was a long period when I knew about furries, but never really connected "thinking of animals like people" to Disney products like Robin Hood at all. Because it was so natural to do so there.
