Some people say that Lovebites is a factory of masterpieces, and I agree. This band is considered the most melodic heavy metal band in the world.

I would say the song would fit comfortably in the top 100 or top 50! If you are talking about the best rock/metal top 10, this song would not make it brilliant as it is! Contenders will come from a few decades earlier and privileged to witness them at that time! I must admit one of their songs would slip into my top 10 😎🤟

“Edge of the World” is a ballad composed by Mao too show off Asami’s R&B and Soul background, but speeds up at the end. 🤘

This masterpiece is so much 80s prog rock, I never thought music like this would ever be made again. Thank you Lovebites and thank you Petri! P.S. I love it when Miyako switches to "Gary Moore mode". All these ladies are the best on their instruments.

It looks like you have been thoroughly bitten. Thank you for focusing so much love and attention on Lovebites. If the world is listening, this will be the biggest metal band in decades. As an old fan of the blues, I think Miyako's solo here is one of the greatest things I've ever heard.

It just gets better and better. Their music touches my soul in many wonderful ways. I grew up listening to 80s metal when vocalists prided themselves on clean vocals that fans could understand, admire, and sing along with. Asami is THAT kind of singer. The one and only perfect voice for LOVEBITES' metal sound. They are just ridiculously talented...my favorites of all time. Thank you for the reaction. 🤘

#LOVEBITES - they are so phenomenal. If you focus on each member you will be amazed by what each of them do - the vocals, the bass, the drumming, the piano, the guitars. And then you put it all together and it is just mind blowing. Edge of the World is an epic masterpiece with so many changes and parts to it. A top 10 LOVEBITES song for me.

Another masterpiece. This is one of Lovebites' progiest songs with multiple tempo, time signature and key changes throughout the track. It's melodic storytelling at its best. Lovebites performed at Wacken back in 2018 and I recommend "Shadowmaker" LIVE : kzbin.info/www/bejne/fmrQhGyAh9ufg9k

It's pretty hard to understand how so much power can emanate from such a small frame of just 4'10, but it's easy to understand why she's known as Asami 'The One and Only Voice' , The Stage General is a master of crowd control, and truly mesmerising to see and hear. The Lovebites are an explosion of energy and talent, but this band is an integral part of that extraordinary edifice that is Japanese rock, in the last 15/20 years Japan in this music has left no one behind, no one is able to offer such a quantity of bands playing rock in all its forms, from Power Metal to Progressive Metalcore, Industrial, Doom to Sludge etc., and to all this you add a talent that is really crazy, a peculiarity is that 7 out of 10 bands are all made up of women, and beautiful ones at that, having said that I would like to recommend you another panic band, really panic, they are called NEMOPHILA and the track I recommend is " SEIZE THE FATE " live version, you will also be fascinated by this incredible band, my compliments for your reactions! 👍🤟
