Hello HunterZ. Yes Asami wrote the lyrics to this song. All the songs are in English, it's just that she has a very heavy accent.

It's pretty typical for trained Japanese to understand English really well but struggle with the pronunciation. She actually does fairly well. She gets her vowels right, which is an absolute must for a singer. (Japanese has only 5 vowel sounds, English 24) She does her English R and L really well. (Technically the English R and L sounds don't exist in Japanese. The Japanese R doesn't sound anything like English. It's closer to a D sound. ) She doesn't pronounce TH sounds correctly, which a lot of foreigners have problems with. She also has some issues with double consonant sounds.

all songs except the EP version of Bravehearted, it was originally written for Destrose but never recorded, but it's on the EP in Japanese, but got translated after when they put it on the Awakening From Abyss album

The vocalist writes all the lyrics to all the songs for the band. She said this in an interview plus she sings every song in English. This song is amazing. The solos remind me of the Scorpions.

Queen Asami lived in the states as well. Which is why she’s the English translator in the group. Her accent may be too strong but it goes so well together as a whole with the band. That’s what separates from other J rock/metal. They sing in english and wear white instead of black as a metal band.

The singer Asami did write these lyrics, but she first writes them in Japanese and works with someone to get a good translation. That said, her English is getting pretty good these days

Somewhere there is a WANTED poster from the GUITAR RESCUE SOCIETY and Miyako and Midori are on it for making their guitars, cry, scream, wail and just about smoke from over work!!!!! These women prove time and again that there is no better power metal band playing LIVE and this FLAWLESSLY out there. Asami really gets to show off her R & B background here along with her writing skills. This band has some of the most inspiring, uplifting and NON-METAL lyrics you will ever experience. Much like Nightwish this band is an experience LIVE!! Great reaction from all 3 of you and the 2 JOES!!! Have a great holiday and hopefully we all get to go to LIVE shows in 2021, and you get to experience the roar of the crowd again!!!!

All lovebites songs in english btw, she did a good job in ballad songs, sometimes hard to understand her english with fast tempo(especially thrash songs). If you love this ballad, you should check another song called: Edge Of The World

The thing with LOVEBITES is that they just took classic Metal to a whole new level of perfection. "Epilogue" is easily playing in the league of "Still loving you" (Scorpions), "Before the Dawn" (Judas Priest), "Strange World" (Iron Maiden), "Temple of the King" (Rainbow), "If I close my eyes forever" (Lita Ford & Ozzy Osbourne), "Nothing else matters" (Metallica) or "Parisienne walkways" (Gary Moore). LOVEBITES is the REAL DEAL imho ... Merry Chrismas to you all! :-)

Great reaction once again they actually write and perform all thier music in english but is sometimes hard to understand due to accents. Asami the vocalist started out as an R&B singer and when Lovebites formed she sent a demo tape to them which led to an audition and then the rest they say is history. So this is her first attempt at Heavy Metal . Wisshing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas from a fan in Darwin Australia . Oh by the way I have 2 lovebites DVD'S not one bad song and you get a booklet with the songs lyrics and they are amazing .

Agree, hard to understand at higher speed, but still much much much much better than a lot of others.... And in combination with the 4 superbe instrument players, it is simply one of the best I ever heard in my past 55 years.. and frankly, I attended a lot of concerts in the 80 / 90, including FZ, IM, Saga, Def Leppard, Rush, Yes, ... BUT I NEED TO SEE THESE LADIES IN LIVE.. So come to Switzerland or around us once Covid is defeated

What was said about you guys throughout the lock down is true. However it has not affected me and being able to work continuously, which I feel fortunate. However, watching your reactions and bringing you into my home has been awesome. Yeah, the company has been great 👍!! love you guys but, you've done several songs, and ALL of their songs are in 100% English...lol Only took me a 2-3 songs before I got use to her accent and she does have one but I hear everything clearly now, but I'm a bit shocked you never knew all their songs are in English. anyhoo, rock on. Eu sou Brasileira, e meu inglês é bem mediano. Eu leio melhor. Ouço muitas bandas Japonesas, e sempre procuro a tradução e muitas letras são belíssimas. Wagakki Band é um exemplo. E em LOVEBITES todas as canções são em inglês. I am Brazilian, and my English is very average. I read better. I listen to a lot of Japanese bands, and I always look for a translation and many lyrics are beautiful. Wagakki Band is an example. And in LOVEBITES all the songs are in English.

By far my favorite song of them since i'm not that into the powermetal and it feels always a bit mechanical and emotionless to me, but here they show that they can also show emotions. Now to something more serious that really bothers me more and more. I really like your reactions, but for the love of Floor could you please please please tone down the "HIT THE SUBSCRIBE BUTTON !!!" crap a little bit. It seriously starts to make me angry when you now even start to do it again at the end of the video. And normally i now already start just at 2 or 3 minutes to skip that that even though i maybe miss something, but i just can't stand it anymore. So do it please directly at the beginning maybe, or just blend in some decent pictures but please don't shove it in our face with the sledgehammer anymore in every single video.
