Please continue to support LOVEBITES. 【From an interview with Asami(Vo) and Fami(Ba) for a magazine project in Japan】 When Covid19 subsided and the audience was able to speak up, Asami thought it would be nice to have a song that everyone could sing, both on stage and in the audience. Asami wanted to use the sound of "river" in the lyrics, but thought it would be strange to use "river" as the chorus. Asami found "deliver" and thought it would be cool if everyone shouted it out instead of just telling what the word means. For many Japanese, pronouncing and hearing the English "r" and "l" is difficult. From there, Asami arrived at "stand and deliver. "Stand and deliver" is a pirate term that apparently means "Leave all your money!" Asami thought that if he wrote the lyrics as they were, it would be a song about a "pirate king. Asami wanted to avoid that. Asami learned that "deliver" can also mean "to carry out" or "to be free" in addition to "to deliver. Asami uses "Stand and deliver" with the following interpretation and meaning. Stand up and be free! Rise up and be free! Arise and be free! Let's get up and be free! From there, Asami put the following thoughts into the lyrics. Nothing satisfies me. It's boring to be like this every day! Let's go more bouncy! Let's be bold and do something different! Let's break out of our shell! P.S. The mic stand setting that Miyako(G-Piano-Black hair) used was too high for Asami(Vo). Asami is very cute.

The remaining girls organised an audition for a new bassist from around the world and recruited a new bassist called Fami(Ba). Fami is a five-string bassist who can dance, sing and play and has 676,000 KZbin subscribers. You will be amazed by new bassist Fami's slapping and fast finger picking. Kinda the same idea, but the studs are hollow, really nice on the back. In my opinion the most important thing for a band is to have a really solid Bassist, and Drummer that work well together. That's the foundation of the band, no matter how good the rest of the band is, if the foundation isn't solid, you have a huge issue. For just joining the band, and being only 20 years old Fami fits in perfectly. I would think they have been playing together since they were young if I didn't know it was a new Bassist.

Welcome back to Lovebites and their new bass player Fami. I've been waiting and wondering for when you guys would get back to doing them. You are one of my favorite reactors. Judgement Day is even better IMO, although many love this song more. Either way, all their new songs are absolute killers. They've improved during their time off. Just one thing though, this song doesn't sound anything like power metal to me. It sounds like a cross between thrash and punk with a Motorhead vibe on the intro and a Metallica vibe on Miyako's solo with the wah pedal.

This song doesn't sound like power metal, I agree. That intro did have a fair amount of Lemmy rubbed on it, I appricate that a lot. I also appricate you saying we are one of your favorite reactors, always glad when you comment and I get a minute to day HI to you! You have probably heard me mention the issue with my spine, in the last few months I have been having some issues with it, not as capable as I would have liked to be, it comes and goes a few months it's not bad, then a few it kinds sucks. We usually do a reaction stream as well most Friday's on twitch as 7PM EST if you are in the US, 11PM London if you are in Europe, or completely different times if you aren't in either, hahaha.

if you didnt notice half way through the song all the band members switched instruments because if you didnt know Asami Singer can play guitar and piano, Midori blonde guitarist can play Guitar, Piano and Bass Fami bassist can play bass and Guitar, Haruna drummer can play drums, Bass and Piano, and Miyako the black haired guitarist can play Guitar, Piano, Bass and Drums please let me know what you think

Didn't exactly know they could, but expected musicians of that caliber to play more than one instrument. When you go to school to study music, you are basically unlocking music as a whole to yourself, and from that point it's only picking up the technique to play a different instrument. Learning Piano made music so much clearer to me coming from the place of being a guitarist my whole life. Also have seen quite a few times when bands will play one of there songs with everyone playing a different instrument, I would love to see Lovebites do an entire song like that.
