Chopin's song played by Miyako as an intro is "Etude OP10, No12", commonly known as "Revolution Etude". In 1831, a rebellion by some officers and civilians against the Polish government under the control of the Russian Empire, called the "November Revolution," failed due to Russia's direct intervention. Chopin will be informed of this news during his journey. He lost his place to return. When Russian troops invaded Warsaw, Chopin's agents announced "Etude OP10, No12" in Paris. People called it a "revolutionary etude" because the agents exaggerated and promoted the song. Miyako composed "Swan Song" with reference to this "revolutionary etude" and Dvorak's "From the New World". Former ballerina Asami (vocal) wrote a poem based on the episode of "Revolutionary Etude" with the image of "Swan Lake". "Swan Song" is a requiem dedicated to the warriors who fought to regain the fatherland, a masterpiece that only LOVEBITES can produce. Next, I recommend a ballad song that allows you to check their skills. LOVEBITES A Frozen Serenade 2021 LIVE in Tokyo with lyrics kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5aboYSMqpKFhJo

For “Swan Song” Miyako combined two of her favorite classics: Chopin’s “Revolutionary Etude” and Dvorak’s “New World Symphony”

LOVEBITES - Swan Song lyrics: If this was the last day you could live on this earth Would you still go on, accusing someone for today It’s better to fail than not do anything at all It is not the length, but depth of life that counts Oh brave soldier Oh gallant warrior Valor to those who died in battle to Valhalla Believe what’s in your soul For death will come to all You shall rest peacefully in God’s Heaven Floating lotus You are so graceful Saintly and glorious Till the end of time Floating lotus You are so beautiful Sing me your sweet song The legend of the swan If you’ve never hoped, you’ve never been though despair Ignorance is bliss, it’s easier to not care You might think it’s meaningless to sacrifice a life Sometimes the life of one can save so many more Oh brave soldier Oh gallant warrior Valor to those who died in battle to Valhalla Believe what’s in your soul For death will come to all You shall rest peacefully in God’s Heaven Floating lotus You are so graceful Saintly and glorious Till the end of time Floating lotus You are so beautiful Sing me your sweet song The legend of the swan Floating lotus You are so graceful Saintly and glorious Till the end of time Floating lotus You are so beautiful Sing me your sweet song The legend of the swan ----- lyrics: asami music: miyako arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami)

Miho has never given an official reason for why she chose to leave, but she made some tweets around that time talking about how her father's death had impacted her very heavily (their song "Journey to the Other Side" is about that), and how proud she was of the many lives that he saved as an EMS worker (someone correct me if I'm wrong that he was an EMS), and she was questioning whether she herself has done enough to help people during the pandemic, so there is some speculation that she might have been wanting to focus more on helping people during that time. Since then, she has done a lot of traveling, playing occasional sets with Japanese cover bands, and so on, so she isn't done with her musical career, she is just relaxing and finding herself a bit, I think. We all hope for the very best for her, and I look forward to what she decides to do in the future. She was the founder of Lovebites (with Haruna), and was the main songwriter early on, so she definitely has the chops to create something great again, if she decides to!

Thanks for the reaction! These were Etude Chopin's and "Swan Song" .😊 "Etude Op. 10, No. 12", known as the "Revolutionary Etude", was written by the Polish composer Frederic Chopin and is dedicated to the Polish patriots who in 1830 raised an uprising against the Russian Empire, whose troops occupied Poland. "Swan Song" (lyrics - Asami / music - Miyako) - a song about those who fought for the independence of their country . In an interview given to LOVEBITES on January 31, 2020, after the release of third album "Electric Pentagram", Asami said that when she wrote the lyrics for "Swan Song", she had's famous classical ballet in mind P.I.Tchaikovsky "Swan Lake". The final movement (piano) symbolizes the dying swan. Miyako plays the piano and Asami in the middle of the stage imitates a swan . * Asami trained in classical ballet.

Have you ever heard anything like this before...during a heavy metal show? I have not and i have been to many metal concerts. There is no one like Lovebites. Talented beyond belief. So many more songs for you to do! I know Miyako steals the show in this one but Haruna is non-stop on the drums the entire song! 🐺

Miho is pronounced Me ho. No one is sure why she left. Some people suspect that it was related to Miho's father dying a couple of years earlier and she felt guilty because she was touring with the Band instead of being with her dad. Could also be issues with the direction the other women were taking with the band she 'founded', or possibly some issue with the way she felt Victor Entertainment (Their producer) was treating her. She has been seen playing some shows in Japan lately. BTW, Nice Reaction - and more Proof that Miyako is one of the most talented Metal Musician/Composers ever.

Miyako is pronounced "mee-ya-koh" and Miho is pronounced "mee-hoh" with the "koh" and "hoh" rhyming with Santa's "ho ho ho." One thing that really helped me out with Japanese names was learning that vowels are always pronounced the same way in Japanese. A is "ah," I is "ee," U is "oo," E is "ay,", and O is "oh." No one knows why Miho left and we likely never will. Anyone who says otherwise is making assumptions and then believing those assumptions or is outright lying. I've had at least three different people respond to me with three different reasons. None of them can link me to any proof, but in their words, I should trust them because they're Japanese and I'm not. Sure.

Chopin (pronounced Show-pan) was a Polish-born Romantic-era (1800’s) classical composer and piano virtuoso who lived most of his life in France. He is considered one of the greatest classical composers of all time. Miyako, who composes a lot of Lovebites’ music, is a professional-level concert pianist, and was originally going to make classical music her career. When she was 18, she picked up a guitar, and is now (quite obviously) an elite-level guitarist. She particularly likes the Romantic Era classical composers like Debussy, Dvořák, Chopin and Rachmaninoff. She composed “Swan Song” using elements of the New World Symphony (Dvořák) and Chopin’s Revolutionary Etude (official name Étude Opus 10, No. 12 in C minor).
