4:36 yeah that's generally why it's not actually a good idea to watch compilations like this because all the clips are mixed up, you miss context to the joke itself, what they're talking about and who.

The pausing mid-joke only to resume, not hear half the joke and not care really sums up how shit this video is.

The only car ever produced in America that was even vaguely worth driving was the Shelby Cobra. Which was made in Britain, then sent to the colonials to have a big, under-powered engine nailed in. Everything else- literally everything- is trash.

I would say most of that was quite mild. Watch a whole Jimmy Carr routine. And you definitely needed context as many jokes refer to UK events and people of that time.

Her accents are not that great. Very basic and easy to understand. Glasgow accents can be far more aggressive and hard to understand. And if you want a big contrast in a short distance compare a southern Liverpool accent with a Manchester accent.

It’s funny because he’s fat and he’s the American version of a British character, you don’t need to watch the show to know that, you could have use context to Wouk that out, furthermore I think the lack of you not being able to put two and two together really backs up these stereotypes being played on about Americans being stupid. I could say more ,but I’ll leave it there for now.

The best thing about Clarkson is that he makes fun of other people and other countries, but doesn't get upset and sees the funny side when people do the same to him and his country. I can think of a few high-profile people who love dishing out on others, but have a massive meltdown if anyone does it to them. Clarkson is quite relaxed about people calling him all sorts of nasty things. If you can give it you've got to be able to take it.

Most reliable cars ever made are a lot of Toyotas especially their pickups, almost any car with a chevy or ford small block ohv as they're built like bricks, older Mercedes-Benz cars are pretty reliable there's some with 1,000,000 km on their clocks and volvos. Don't knock volvos especially the 850r. If you need to get from A to B? The 850 will do that

Meanwhile, all the UK HGV (truck) drivers are wondering what all the fuss is about, given they have to go to these exact same places every day in vehicles much, much larger and way less easy to manoeuvre. Trust me, almost all of this was exaggerated for the cameras. You almost never see anyone blocking anyone in at a pump in such a way, for example. I have been driving for over 30 years and have seen that happen maybe twice.

The original Top Gear cast, Clarkson, Hammond and May, allways made fun of everything. They are all brits, so just as us danes, they dont take every little thing to serious. Like when they heckled on the pickup trucks, in the south. Allmost got their asses killed just by writing stupid slogans. Sometimes, you americans, need to lighten up a bit. And Im saying this, as a friend. European humor, especially the british and danish, is a bit rude, to many americans, I think. But if you dont understand it, feel free to ask... Our laws dont allow us to carry firearms, so I cant pretty much guarentee, no one will shoot you, for asking dumb questions :)

That used to be the case. Now it's hyper politically correct, boring and lame with only one or two exceptions like Ricky Gervais. Posting an amusing joke on social media in the UK today is liable to get you arrested. Like the guy who taught his girlfriends Pug to Nazi salute simply to annoy her. That was worth all the time, effort and expense of the authorities to try throw him in prison

I think your thoughts on american police being able to do the guns checks like here in the UK is flawed, The Uk police do not carry guns (yes we have armed response) in general, so there choice and checks whether you should be allowed a gun is based on safety, the need for that gun, its more unbiased, American police, are biased, to be honest, they only want to be the gun owners, most have no real training on guns, apart from shooting range, to qualify, more people die at the hands of the police, than police are shot, most are corrupt, you have second ammendment, but if you carry, which is your right, you will be arrested, or shot and killed for leagal activity, Uk armed police are the best in the world, constant training, in all sinarios' trained by the military, they have to go through so many evaluations to be fire arms officer, to give example a year or so ago, terrorist in london, within 8 minutes, they were on scene, cleared to public, and i shot to drop the suspect, then rendered first aid, your cop emptied 2 clips into a car, because a hazel nut dropped on the roof of a car,

as mentioned before, we have dunblane mass shooting, in 2 years guns had been banned, i know not every gun, since 1996 dunblane, there has never been another mass school shooting in the UK since, yet, since that time, over 200 thousand school children have been affected by guns at school in one form or another, mass shooting, single shootings, we like our gun laws

I can understand why people think Stonehenge is overrated I once called it a glorified pile or rocks when I was stuck in a traffic jam near it but it’s been around since before the Egyptian pyramids and the mystery of how they moved stones weighing tones across country and put them on top each other
