I've been listening to metal for 5 decades - Slayer, Priest, Maiden, Metallica, Testament, Anthrax, etc. and all are awesome, but sometimes they miss with a track or even an album. I have some favorites with Lovebites, but they just don't miss overall - they don't have any songs I would not listen to over & over. They are just incredible. If they played in the 80's/90's they would likley be considered 1 of the top 3-4 metal bands of all time (I believe they are the best). Lovebites could cover anything those bands put out, but I would love to see them try to cover a Lovebites track. SMH

I would go as far to say they are the " Holy grail" of heavy metal. I was always looking for something to listen to in the 80s and Lovebites were the missing link albeit 40 years later. However, I found Dream theater in 89!

Brilliant. Not much more needs to be said. Lovebites has modernized everything from the late 70's to early 90's. Power/Speed/Thrash/Heavy metal blended to perfection, sprinkled with their various influences. To top it off, all played by elite/virtuoso talent across the board.

In my opinion lovebites is a bit heavier live compared to the studio versions. Stand and deliver and judgement day are good examples of that. Also you can see these ladies love to perform so the stage energy brings that extra edge to their music.
