CAFE DE OLLA INGREDIENTS:
► 8 cups of water
► Piloncillo
► 1 cinnamon stick
► 40 grams of instant coffee

Another way to avoid getting it bitter if you are using instant coffee, dissolve the instant coffee in cold water first and then mix it into the hot pot. That way it won’t burn.

There’s some debris floating around usually from the extra ingredients. It helps to strain.

Piloncillo is brown sugar it’s in a block instead of ground up
