Today I will show you how to make the best lentil soup. My husband loves it, it's healthy, vegetarian and very easy to make.
SOPA DE LENTEJAS INGREDIENTS:
► 1 tbsp oil
► 1 minced garlic clove
► 1/2 small white onion
► 1 chile jalapeño
► 2 Roma Tomatoes
► 1 lb. lentils
► 8 cups chicken broth (you can use water as well)
► 2 tbsp tomato buillon
► 2 carrots
► Bunch of cilantro
► Avocado
► Queso fresco
