I’m so glad I stumbled apron this video and this recipe. I’m trying to reconnect with my Dominican (cooking) roots. I grew up in French-speaking Canada and my Dominican parent (the other was of English/Scottish background) didn’t have access to many of the “foreign” ingredients that we can so easily get today.
