The Captain when explaining the SID said "turn right" but we turned left and he said follow 170 when it is actually 107. Other than that not bad............

On ground after engine start, the TAT indicator show an outside temperature of more than 30 degrees Celsius. This recovered to 10 degrees Celsius at take-off. Why is this? Is it because of the heat of engine exhaust and tail wind?

The TAT probe is electrically heated and won’t show an accurate value until there’s sufficient airflow over it.

Are there 737-700s which don’t have LNAV and VNAV? Seems an odd thing to check…

They all have LNAV and VNAV. But on older software versions VNAV can’t be armed on the ground and should only be selected in the air after the flaps are up.

Because CoViD is still a thing, and always better safe than sorry. Just in case But more so, whyt not ? it's not bacause mandatory anymore that is means it's "mandatory to take them off". If someone wishes to keep it, then that's his choice.
