Hello everyone, I live in Lithuania, the capital Vilnius. Every year before the pandemic we had a market in Vilnius Old Town. It was a huge fair. The name of the Kaziukas fair comes from the name of St. Casimir, the patron saint of Vinlius. The fair opened on Friday and ended on Sunday, the first week of spring. I bought a lot of small curd donuts at the market

In the last paragrhaph says: "I will focus on extra days around festive periods and continuing" But the video says .."I will continue..." What is the correct text? Thank for your answer.

In answer to your question, both options are correct, but for the video we decided to go for the "I will continue to" version, but the "...and continuing" also works. For Patreon we uploaded the KZbin version and also the original version so you have options. We will add a note to that posting so it's clearer for everyone. Thanks for highlighting!
