I know you posted this video 2~ years ago but I think it’s still very relevant and a good video to show people that they really don’t need to shop at Whole Foods or a health food store for healthy things. Walmart really is the most convenient and affordable grocery store for a lot of people (myself included). There’s a lot of good options if you look. Thank you for giving me some good ideas for what to buy 😊

Walmart grocery pickup has been a lifesaver for me. With three little kids, I just order from the app, drive over(about 20 mins away), they load it, drive home, I put it away. Saves my sanity. We have a grocery store about 5 mins from the house & the prices are insane, kinda like Whole(paycheck) foods. Ryan's face when he didn't realize how much you spend on groceries! Walmart is a great option for eating healthy. And I supplement with Aldi about once a month.

When you said your Walmart is far, I thought its about 1-2 hours away, 20 mins is pretty close. What I like to do is when I go grocery shopping once a week, I also go to every stop I need, in that area like Post office, the bank, target, FedEx, Dollar Store, Aldi, etc. Aldi is even cheaper, thats where I get most of my grocery shopping done (and they have a ton of organic products at a lower price) and the rest in Walmart.

Their produce is reeeeally hit or miss though which sucks. Walmart's isn't always amazing but I usually try to skip things at ALDI unless it's bananas

I love that you don't count calories or macros, and I really just love that you did a grocery haul from Walmart since that's the store that I mostly shop at on a budget😊 can you do another one please showing the best healthiest cheap store brand food items!😋 that would help !!!! I love how authentic you were on this haul, and I LOVED seeing your rebellious side when you opened the kombucha up in the store, LOL 😂. Do you know how much people are judged for stuff like that?! I shop at Walmart all the time because there is one conveniently located near my home ☺️. I actually eat a lot like you, so many of your items are familiar to me. I honestly enjoy shopping there. I think they have a great selection of organic, healthy food. I am quite a foodie as well, and have found over the years the Marketside brand is better tasting than many other store brands, especially the produce. Ha! I live far from a Whole Foods, but honestly if I am to drive far for good food, I go to Natural Grocers. They have the best shopping environment for an anxious girl like me 💓. Great prices too!
