For rainbow dishes I noticed if you used golden versions of fruits , it makes up for not having level 10 milk . I used level 8 milk+ with a golden peach and golden strawberry and a level 10 banana and I got the rainbow fruit au lait

The rainbow recipes,you can remove the "rng" by making 10 star dishes,how does this work: Make a save. Then keep making grilled fish with 10 star fishes (at this point 10 star fish are really not that rare),nothing else, just 10 star fish( no seasoning) and after a few tries 3-8 it depends if you made a 10 star dish prior to this ,you will get a rainbow grilled fish ,voila . now Reload that save and keep making 10 star griled fish up to the point where you got the rainbow to triger and instead of a griled fish , you make the recipe that you want. Just make sure that your ingredients for that recipe are 9 star or 10. (mandatory is the "topping/seasoning") You can try other recipes if you dont have fishes , but make sure that they yield a 10 star dish to get the bonus.

It's a rare occurance in plants. Just plant the seeds and you'll get a chance to get them eventually. Just keep planting them. On that note, turnips have a higher chance of it happening.

Cooked? If it's cooked white rice, you need to make those from cooking as well. It's listed in another section when cooking.

For increasing animal produce, do you get rid of the previous gens as you go along? Or do you buy a bunch of animals, breed and keep them all? How would you advise going about it, like how many of each animal to buy and keep/get rid off as you breed?

I sell off the animals that are from the previous gen. I found no actual reason to keep them. Also, so sorry for the late reply. Life has been really hard.

@@IAmVianca Now worries, thank you! Just wondering how to you level up the fishing and cooking skill efficiently? These two skills I'm finding it hard to progress with and am on level 8 for ages with cooking and level 5 with fishing. Is there a quick way?

@@lavayuki Just keep using them. For cooking, the more difficult the dish, the higher the rewards.

@@IAmVianca Thanks again :) For the giant avocado, do I need to plant a ten star avocado fruit seed to get that? My orcharding is only level 5 so I don' t have the makers. Should I plant trees everywhere in my farm for this, as Im having trouble with getting the required fruit 10 star, mine are all 1 star or 3 star from the spirit shop

So do you get any in game help from who you marry like in other farm sim games each person does something different like in My Time at Portia some help with doing stuff around your work shop one if you marry her, her brother just gives you money weekly if I remember right. Only asking because I am not sure who I like more Reina or Laura it was Beth that I liked but she is not one you can marry.

Not really. They do give you food from time to time. Story of Seasons isn't really known for after-marriage gameplay, sadly.

@@IAmVianca ah that is sad oh well and I am guessing red hearts means you can marry them but the orange color hearts means you can not. Also I just got an egg from my chicken that has sparkles do i keep that or does it just sell for more money.

Depends on the egg level, if it is high level, you may want to keep it for Lovett's challenge. Otherwise, you can sell it as is for a higher price.

I, personally, went with the 3rd to 5th generation animals. Though, in the end, it's the other ingredients (and luck) that helped get the rainbow dishes.
