Congratulations for this beautiful video. I've been in Malta twice and I loved its Culture, Language, Cuisine, People. Pastizzi is a really and authentic Maltese icon and patrimony. It is something that UNESCO should recognize.

I made those for 11 years and. Beleave it or not didnt really mind the job cuz in my head i always was tryin to go faster and keeping them looking perfect too me they came out nicer looking when the dough was cold lol

Very nice video steve!!! I saw it the preparation in gottingen in a greek restaurant. It took 3 hours because of marinating time, pressing meat and the spreading of spices. It would be nice if you can go to giovvanni maxims pastizzeria in sliema and show how pastizzi are made.
