Dear gp I really struggle right now. I believe I need self love and compassion as I struggle with alot of emotional pain. But everytime I engage in nondual teachings, I start to devalue giving myself love and care. This has very bad effects on me because I then block myself from receiving what I need to heal. I don't know how to fix this problem.

Perhaps I can help. Self loathing and criticism is a deep habit that goes way back. When Non-duality is mis-taught, it can get very cold and devalue us even more. I don't teach it that way. I think you comment here is important enough that I am going to devote a video to it and post it on both my tapping channel and my spirituality channel.
