Well done on stopping smoking , keep it going , as for alcohol go for it , if you can avoid even birthdays barbecue's , to easy to slip back . if tempted come summer etc trh an alcohol free , at least that way you get the taste of a beer without the alcohol getting back into the bloodstream getting it's hooks back in . Iat 68 I now have honestly not had a drink in over 30 years now . alcohol free shandy in the summertime suits me now. 😉

It’s really good to hear you have nothing that your drinking was harming you. It’s not for me to say . But I am glad you are thinking of cutting it down. Since I lost Tasha I don’t really drink . Like you say when I’m out at a restaurant or at an event. May have the one or two. But seeing how it takes over a person first hand . Yer it gets you thinking. Good video my friend

🙋‍♀️ FIRST I wanna say I think it's GREAT that you are giving up the booze (and the smokes) cos it doesn't help anything in your life - except that it might taste good. It affects clear thinking, and of course, your health. Even if you don't notice it now, you certainly would in ten year's time if you carried on. If you used to drink every day, then that means you were never sober, cos it takes more than 24 hours for the alcohol to clear from the bloodstream ☹ Not Good. SECOND: It is extremely hard to STAY sober. Everywhere you look you will see alcohol, the peer pressure is enormous - especially in a social setting, cos people will try to coax you to 'just have one' ... and that is a downfall ... also people think you are some kind of weirdo if you don't drink. BUT please try to stay strong .. . There are many many other things you can drink; milk, OJ, lemon, raspberry, apple, cranberry, coke or DrPep and other carbo (lots of sugar in those, about 2 TABLEspoons 😮) but yes there is plenty of other stuff to choose from. Not to mention they are healthier for the body. THIRD: where is your BEARD ❓❓❓❓ I love it , sooo disappointed to see you shave it off 😖😖😖 The power pack is very cheap compared to the big names which are around the £600 mark or more ... great introduction 👍💯 Keep safe 👍👍💯💯
