Lovely build here. Interested to know why you had to re-thread the BB and then face off the surface, did Low not do this?

Low is already doing a good job, but at the final check we will rethread all the frames. That is the responsible job of the mechanic. Arigoto!

You guys are incredible. I love the attention to detail in every build. The power glue after the sawed-off fork is a first for me. You guys also oil the cable hose and grease the cable. Is it easier to use some sort of syringe to inject the oil into the hose instead of eyedropper it one drop at a time? Keep it up guys, superb. God bless you all.

First time seeing this detail as well. I don't believe in adding oil for the cables though. I use Jagwire's specially polished pro cables with great long term results.

@@josephphillips865 is it the teflon coated kind? i have been looking into it. Do they rust after long term use. Regular cables do rust, that is why I oil them regularly.

@@thomasbudi2000 No these have no coating at all. They are stainless steel but with a polished surface to reduce friction. The Jagwire Elite Ultra-Slick is the most expensive and high-end as they are polished to perfection. The more economical version are their Pro Slick polished cables. I pair these cables with high end cable housings. Shimano SP41 shift (pre-greased) + BC9000 brake. I have never had any rust on these cables. I do not leave my bikes outdoors but I do ride in the winter which does cover my bike in salt. On my road bike I inspected the cables after a season of riding and they looked and felt brand new so expect I will continue to get many more miles on them.

What is the type of grease used for the crank? I also had my bottom bracket shell faced and the threads chased but Mr. Low felt that it was not necessary it seems. Also I love that bar tape.
