P.S. If you lightly grease your pan BEFORE you line it with the parchment paper, it will stick perfectly! Or you can wet it through under the tap water and form a ball. Then you just flaten it again and the parchment paper obeys while you line with it the pan :)

Hi Cara, do you think I could replace hazelnut flour with peanut flour which I have in big quantities and that slowly is reaching "best before" date and should be used quite soon :)
