I've tried many keto breads but they all seem too much like a slice of cake or too eggy and they all forced me to keep a glass of liquid close by so I don't choke on every bite. It seems all Keto breads have this ugly way of getting stuck going down because it absorbs all the moisture like a sponge. So I tried this recipe and it made a mess of the kitchen but 80 minutes later it came out of the oven looking like hardy bread. I cut off a piece and it looked exactly like your video, took a bite and wow. It almost does have a sourdough taste and the texture is the same. I pour me a saucer of olive oil and some seasonings and dipped. Awesome meal. I think I need a bigger bowl and I need to make 2 or 3 loaves if I'm going to mess the kitchen up. The total carbs is a bit higher, I figured 220 for the entire loaf BUT there are no sugar alcohols to hide behind the net carbs and that's where the net carbs nosedives. So I figured 45 carbs for the almond flour, another 45 for the flaxseed meal, and an apparently high 128 carbs for the psyllium husk. But the husk is all fiber, so the net carbs is zero. Between the almond flour and the flaxseed meal, the 90 carbs amount to just 24 net carbs. That means the entire loaf is just 24 net carbs and contains a ton of fiber. I computed a day's worth of fiber per 2 slices. The reason is the husk at 3/4 cup is 32 servings on the package and each serving is 4 gr of fiber. 128 gr of fiber for the whole loaf. Probably 13 gr of fiber per slice if I can get 10 slices out of the loaf.

@@wiseonwords Same here. Mine did rise a little bit (not much) and taste wasn't bad, but texture wise it was the same as the many other recipes that come out where it was too moist and not that of bread. My only theory is egg whites were the culprit. I did thicken them up pretty good, but when I combined them with the bread, it looked like twice the amount of egg mixture that she had. I am wondering if it should have been like 4 egg whites, not 8.

Getting her healthy look is easy. Do a healthy lifestyle. You need to go out for a walk 30 minutes in morning and evening. Just walk to your workplace. After you shower warm in morning, do a cold shower on arms and legs and then your body and head at last. This helps your blood circulation. Find a workout for you. Swimming, gymnastics, yoga. For one hour twice a week. Do regulate your TV hours. Pick one or two evenings. On the other evenings you leave it off. Do meet mith friends, go out. Never eat in front of TV. Only drink plain water, especially in front of TV. Don't touch chips or French fries. Once a year is OK. Never drink coke or other sodas, maybe on your birthday one glass. Stop eating when you are fine. Some people only stop when the huge pot is empty. Don't do this. Fill your plate with half of your normal eatings. Eat this slowly. If you think you are still hungry, have a little more. Just a little. Think about if your belly is really hungry or if you want more for the good taste or because you are bored. You need to feel good after a meal. Not feel stuffed and full. If you do all of this already and you are a young woman between 20 - 30, you maybe look as healthy and attractive as her.
