Today I made a low-carb madeleine-like cake with 3g of sugar in all!
A fusion of almond pudding, which hasn't appeared in a while, and okara powder, which is essential for low-sugar recipes!

1 egg
15g almond powder
5g Okara powder
25g Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
15g nonfat milk
10g melted butter
1/2 tsp rum
3 or 4 drops vanilla essence
2g baking powder
A few almond slices, to taste (optional)
┃ How to Make ┃
1, Crack 1 egg into a bowl and beat well.
2, Add 15g almond powder, 5g okara powder, 25g lakanto, and mix well.
3, Add 15g fat-free milk, 10g melted butter, 1 teaspoon rum, 3 or 4 drops vanilla extract, and mix well.
4, Finally, add 2g of baking powder and mix well.
5, Pour the batter into a heatproof container, top with almond slices if desired, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a toaster for 15 to 20 minutes.
6, Once you see that the dough has puffed up and is baked, remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes to brown the surface.
