Back pain is such a killer. I'm still having it, too and even sleeping is hard. The older I get, the longer injuries and illnesses take me to get over. It's frustrating. I bought a lot of the white choc raspberry shakes. It's such a yummy flavor. I think the salted caramel Quest is better than the salted caramel truffle Premier, but yeah, I could see that being great for a Creami. I'm not a dark chocolate fan so I wasn't expecting to like the dark choc one and I was right...not for me. But I sure do love that we're getting some new flavors.

when I had my office before retiring a couple easy decor is a picture or a mirror on the wall next to your window and a table lamp gives a cozy atmosphere without a lot of effort. People use to comment how comfortable my office was and I was an HR Director also and then managed a couple credit union branches.

Hello. Not sure if u ever answer questions, but I have been meaning to ask you why u stopped intermittent fasting. I had seen some videos while u were incorporating the fasting while doing WW, seemed like you gave it a good while that u gave it a chance. Did it do anything for you? Did it increase your metabolism or help with better weight loss? Was there a reason why u stopped. I am not sure if I missed a video of u explaining why you are no longer doing it. I have a friend telling me to do it to give me a jump start with getting back on WW. Fell HARD OFF THE WAGON for a good 9 months, and now wanting to try something different. Plz let me know your thoughts or if u have a video reference to catch me up. TY & TY for all the great videos! I love how chatty you are, full of great info & ideas & v e y inspiring! I am amazed & envious of how committed you are. Been. Watching u a few years and wish I could work harder at making the time to do the work and make the healthier choices, no matter what's goen on in my hectic world.

@@shannonwilliquette7054 Thank you so much for your kind comments and for supporting me and my channel. 💜💜 There wasn’t a specific reason for not doing intermittent fasting besides just not being able to sustain it on a long term basis. I don’t think I was in a good frame of mind when I was doing it. I did notice quite a few benefits and honestly I think it would benefit me with my glucose levels. For me it was easier to start it slowly. I started by fasting 10 hours then moved to 12 before moving to 16 hours. I found it easier for me to stop eating by 6 or 7 at night by making my lunch be a larger meal. Which I still do most days so I don’t typically find myself hungry or craving at night. It’s funny that you bring this up as I planned on challenging myself by doing IF the entire month of February to see how it goes. I’ll have to go back to black coffee. I did it before so I’m sure I can again 😂 Always feel free to reach out with questions!
