In this video, I show my favorite dessert: sugar-free SNICKERS cheesecake. It's a low-carb, no-bake peanut butter dessert with a delicate cheese layer and crunchy nuts.

Base:
Roasted peanuts 100 g
Oat bran 20 g
Ricotta 50 g
Milk 20 gr
Salt (big pinch)
Sweetener 2g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
Cheese layer:
Ricotta 300 g
Peanut paste 100g
Xanthan gum 1 g (optional)
Sweetener 4-5g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
Salt (large pinch)
Gelatin 6g + Water 50g
Only 2/3 of the total gelatin mass is used for the cheese layer.
If you do not add gum, you need 2 g more gelatin.
Chocolate glaze:
Peanut paste 50 g.
Milk 60g
Cocoa 5g (I have alkalized cocoa, if you have regular, then about 2 times more)
Sweetener 1-2g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
Gelatin + water 1/3
Size 16 cm. Weight 800 g.
