Form diameter 18-19 cm
Cottage cheese - 600 g (you can take any fat content, I have low fat)
Egg - 2 pcs.
Honey - 100 g (dessert is unsweetened, can be increased to 150-200 g)
Vanillin - on the tip of a knife (or vanilla extract to taste)
Corn starch - 40 g
Milk - 500 g (for custard) + 100 g (for gelatin)
Gelatin - 18-20 g
1. Pour gelatin with milk (100 g) and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
2. Mix eggs with starch and a little milk. When the mass becomes completely homogeneous, add the remaining amount of milk (total 500 g of milk per custard). Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly. When the first bubbles of boiling appear, brew the cream for 30-60 seconds, remove from heat.
3. Warm up the swollen gelatin to a temperature of about 60 degrees, in no case boil, otherwise it will lose its gelling properties.
4. Blend the cottage cheese with a blender, add cream and gelatin, beat until completely homogeneous.
5. Pour into a mold, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6-8 hours until completely solidified.
