Nice lot and repurpose the wood is a good idea. The wells there so you just gotta put the septic in. You could probably put nice plants there and grow your vegetables.

Me too David. Born and raised in Waterville, Maine. Life story above. lol Had to get it all off my chest. recent heart attacks/surgery teaching me a lesson about life. Better LIVE IT NOW before it's too late. After 3 bouts of Cancer too, well, Maine looks very calming right about now. I grew up in Waterville. The rest above. Exhausted. yes, those properties 50% cheaper 5 years ago. My home at 3 CENTRAL AVE. Waterville, Maine I bought in 1996 for CASH $43,000 & today $163,000 ($325 month mortgage back then and $400 taxes. WTF WAS I THINKING SELLING IT?) lol. As a second home but, I was really trying to leave my wife in film industry in Hollywood who just wants more $ all the time. I am sick of it. I needed some peace. I lived in Maine 2 years rebuilding the home. painting. roof. wood floors. etc etc. I loved it all. . alone with a CAT. Peacefully. lol I loved it. Then she shows up. Out of the blue. Needing my help. Damn stupid Mainer took the bait. here I am fighting TRAFFIC. CELEBRITIES. FAME. FIRES. HATE. These people near Malibu believe the world revolves around THEM. Kevin Hart I worked with makes me sick. He's got a story I cannot tell. I'll stop. Anyway, life in California is a prison. "MAINE IS A WAY OF LIFE" (Great salesman? lol) Take care brother, see ya up in Maine.

You're a good man Andrew. Very hard working. Typical Mainer. Always busy. Excellent Realtor. THE BEST. Greg Perkins was awful to me. I gave him my business $43,000 cash 1996 3 Central Ave. waterville. Then Hollywood film jobs came up so I RENTED it cheap to friends and then they moved and Greg moved people he knew in. THET NNEVER PAID US RENT. He never asked for the rent. After 7 months I paid him $100.00 monthly to manage that property. Just get the rent. Nothing else. I flew back to see him, 'where are the letters Greg demanding payment?' He had nothing to say to me" disgusting. I had $4300.00 in damage and lost rent. LOSS. Sold it through CENTRU 21. A top selling girl who sold it in 3 days. I was gone 1998. Never returned. I had to HEAL from that . I have. Now retiring I must make a decision soon. Back to Europe or Maine.

Caved in, frost and no heat for years has taken it's toll. You are buying a 21 acres neat parcel of land with some improvements. The house is not one of the improvements. Just the way it is.

Actually it's good the house is toast. It's way too close to the road & you have all that land to hide the new cabin where it belongs. Push it over & use the rescue wood for a toy shed or pole barn for your critters. If I were 20years younger that would already be mine.!!.

Where did you leave a message? If you go through Zillow, Realtor etc you can get an agent who pays to look local but four or more hours away. I see that cause delay if they don't reach out because too far away. Maine is a big state. But glad you found something! Welcome to Maine! 😀

Read the descriptions of Andy's videos. They always have extra info. He gives the 2A frontage as 750'. If it's a rectangular plot, that would make the depth a little over 1200'. Low taxes... If you're really interested, I'd check out his web site for a map and/or give him a call.

See four guys or families buy these all day long. Someone will tackle it for the drilled well all in place. The driveway and interior road back into the back wooded land. For the 750'+/- paved year round road, the clearing on front building site. An excavator or controlled burn can make short work of the house. This is a neat location for low cost vacations in Maine.
