Low-Fat Sautéed Couscous (Vegan) | The Mushroom Den

2 cup, Couscous, dry
2 cup, pieces or slices, Mushrooms, white, raw
0.50 cup, Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
258 g, Frozen Peas & Carrots
2 cup chopped Bell Peppers
0.50 cup, Unsweetened Organic Coconut Milk Classic
2 tomato medium, Roma Tomato
1 Cup, Red Onion
3 cloves, Garlic, raw
2 Shallots
1.5 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper (optional)

Lakendra Landon yes you don't need to use oil at all in cooking. You can use vegetables broth or water. Glad you like it☺️❤️
