I saw in what of your video's you don't recommend plant based milks, what would you recommend I can put in my oatmeals as a substitute?

Hello. Well it really depends on what your body reacts well to and if your lactose tolerant or not. I would try raw milk and see if that gives you indigestion, since it includes the enzymes that help to break it down. I personally opt for heavy cream instead of milk when cooking because I am very sensitive to the lactose sugars. You could also try Lactaid, which I used to use but I think it’s kinda sketchy now. You can also just make oatmeal with water instead of milk and maybe add a little butter to give it creamy-ness since it’s naturally lactose free. BUT, I really wouldn’t recommend eating oatmeal everyday anyway. All those carbs in the morning are going to spike your blood sugar and make you hungry and crash later in the day, especially if it’s instant oatmeal. Oats are also one of the heaviest glyphosate sprayed crops. And it is molecularly similar to gluten and can cause a reaction for people that are sensitive to gluten, even the gluten free oats. I personally recommend eggs for breakfast, or you can skip breakfast and just eat lunch and dinner. You probably have sedentary job that doesn’t really require 3 full meals a day.
