I love how authentic you are!! For the perfectly shaped cookie, while still hot, use a large. Mason jar metal lid to gently reshape the cookie to the perfect round. Careful not to burn yourself while rotating the lid around the cookie. I can’t wait to try this recipe. Soon you will be making this recipe a lot for your little one. Do you think you could portion out the raw cookie dough, freeze on the cookie sheets and move to a freezer bag for future use? I like to do this so I can bake just a couple cookies at a time with my granddaughter.

Thanks for the tip! I don’t see why not. I should actually try that - my husband has a major sweet tooth which prevents me from baking treats because he will eat the whole batch! 🙄😆

Congrats on the bun in the oven, Brittanie and Jeff - I hope your pregnancy is going well...perhaps it's over now. I am very intrigued by your channel... trying to better understand my GERD and IBS... am making some changes to my diet first - trying FODMAP, but some of it will still be processed food - unfortunately.
