This passage shows the incredible range of the horn.With a top class professional player the horn can have range close to 5 octaves.No other wind instrument comes near to it.

Thank you for uploading this! really educating because I noticed that you're using the F horn in the middle register up to C. I've been using the B♭horn except for B,C but I'm going to try it out for the other notes.

@@DeniseTryon is your high range just as good? i'm sure it is..you can't play a horn this low this good without your upper register being good as well...would love to hear it!!

The Vienna Philharmonic and the Dutch Concertgebouw orchestra have pretty good sections.I think that when it comes to any form of art who is best or the greatest is very subjective.It is not sport.
