These exercises are best when I am menstruating to avoid pressure on lower abdomen ! It's good light workout so we shouldn't miss our workout in any days such light workouts from 15 to 30 minutes we can do when we are menstruating to avoid stress on abdomen ! Feeling light no sweat but rather than doing nothing something like this light workout makes me feel better if not best and best because I don't missy workout routine just because I am menstruating ! Just completed my 147 th day of workout excluding 37 resting days in between ! Did workout for thirty minutes per day this month for 18 days and ten minutes for 3 days fifteen minutes for 3 days so took three resting days this month ! Ya ! But I can see my body is well toned and better i must add stretch routine for fifteen minutes at least every day which I shall do in the evening at 8 PM ! So for next three days thirty minutes per day light walking workout with fifteen minutes stretching and fifteen minutes of learnt dance practice for twenty times every day done ! This channel is also good for workouts and I choose it to exercise during menstruating days ! Thanks to this channel to help me not miss out my workout routine even during menstruating days ! My advice for all women here don't miss workout even during menstruation you can opt for these light workouts which cause no stress on abdomen !
