Thank you for another great workout! May I make a request? Can you make a video focusing on stretching for all of us who spend a majority of our days on our laptops? This transition from teaching face to face to teaching online has taken a physical toll on my upper body and hips. I would love to be able to share it with my students, as I know they are feeling the strain, as well. Thank you for all you do.
