I like how the burn player won in a way that would have immediately killed them after doing lethal to the opponent. They took 500 from Tremendous Fire, and they would have taken another 1000 from Curse of Darkness as soon as the chain finished resolving.

That 2nd game annoyed me Memento player has full combo and decides he's just gonna set 1 pass. And at no point uses the Veiler he had just sitting in his hand for 20 minutes when there were multiple key points he could've used it in, like the Zealantis

With the latest card, Salad endboard is pretty solid. The optimal Endboard is Salad Field Spell, 1 Salad Counter Trap, 1 Salad Pyro Phoenix, 1 Salad Raging Phoenix, and in your GY you have Code of Soul and Promethean Princess.

Ngl I was more upset that you attacked when they had two spell and trap cards face down when if you waited a turn you couldve negated one of them with roar and protected against the other with baelynx. You were way ahead in advantage and they were in a top deck situation so you could've waited until you had ways to remove the set cards.

@@thevast3008 Fair enough but usually when they don't activate trap cards it's usually because it's for the battle phase and turning on roar next turn would've stopped anything dangerous that would instantly win the game But yeah admittedly I do sometimes just try and push for game as soon as possible and get punished for it I had a terrible game where I tried to OTK as quickly as I could because Maxx C but I walked into mirror force

You can make it to diamond if not master with dragon rulers or spellbooks if you wanted to, these decks were printed literally 15 years ago, plat is really not a high bar

Look at the bright side at least low ranks don't have to worry about meta too much and it's more fun I rather stay in gold ranks and below so I can play all kinds of decks

@@chrislabedzski9076 the only problem is there's still a lot of stun in lower ranks, like a worrying amount, understandably so due a combination of low skill ceiling and cheap price but still makes for a really boring environment

Well you can't derank from Plat, so you're guaranteed to hit diamond if you keep playing the game enough. So I think it's low rank in that sense alone.
