FYI: sa mga may maling huli ng pulis, mmda, lto, etc. As long as mapatunayan nyo na mali yung huli at may ebidensya kayo. Wag kayong matakot. Excempted sila sa maling huli pero hindi sila exempted sa naging epekto ng maling paghuli. FYI: Bumili na kayo ng dash cam para iwas sa maling huli.

For motorcycles, the impound fee is fixed at P1000. For cars, there are weight classes and distance fees. Typically it would be P2500 - P4500. Plus they still need to pay for their original violations.

Its not always the case. Mabilis naman din imbestoigasyon ngayon sa ganyan. Nagkataon lang kasi pag motor nabangga mo either patay or baldado na ang rider. Kaya need imbestigahan ang driver ng oto - di naman inaaresto agad.

It’s a mini motorbike for kids. Not a low rider. A kid under 18 can’t have a drivers license. So the mini motorbike can only be ridden by a minor inside private property. You need a drivers license and registered vehicle to drive on public roads.

It's a heavily modified 125cc motorcycle. It has an LTO registration from 2005. It's not an off-the-shelf "mini bike" or "pocket bike" The driver is an adult, not a child. But I agree, it should be used on private property, not on public roads, especially during rush hour.

If a motor vehicle have registration it means you can used it on any roads unless specified in our laws. You can't impound a motor for driving without license.

My guess is that the 2005 LTO registration was from before it was modified into what you see now. I doubt LTO would allow it to be registered now, because it's nothing like what was already registered. That's why it's so heavy compared to the common "pocket bikes". Because it's really a modified 125cc motorcycle.
