其實小編的感受是,馬來西亞的食物售價或許較低,但質與量也一併降低。

How many percent of the population must obtain high income ceiling before a country can be declared as high income nation?
@DJYinxHiLighter Жыл бұрын
The calculation of high income nation is using country's final income in a year, divided by its population. Hence, it doesn't require a particular number of population to obtain high income, if we can import thousands of billionaires and their businesses from other countries, just to increase income of our country, then we can still declare as high income nation, even a lot of locals are making peanuts.

@@DJYinxHiLighter so it will be better to take the median income household income as a gauge for wealth, at least half of the nation are better off. Sadly, half of our nation's population is poor and struggling to keep pace. Having a sideline or moonlight is becoming a norm which results in less family bonding

Yes. Now we can only rely on the NIMP 2030 and let's see how it goes. At least the new federal gov starts to take E&E industry seriously instead of only took care of Oil&gas or palm oil in the past, since E&E is the only industry doesn't rely on natural resources but producing lots of high income jobs.

For Malaysia it is just a dream to become a high income country. Government mindset, business, education and race policy already limited Malaysia toward a high income country. Wawasan 2020 is a good example, implementation and slogan are good however politicians manipulated it for their own interests. 上梁不正下梁歪,空喊口号谁都会!
Dat is why alot of foreigners say MY is good because these r the wealthy people from others countries. 😢

@@DJYinxHiLighter No... That's only your ASSUMPTION and not practical way to look into reality from multiple perspective. That won't happen. You will only practically notice the THINNING of middle class. There will be a GREAT increase of lower class or working class just like around the world, to serve the society, the rich and those who can retire comfortably from other countries. Many Malaysians would come back to Malaysia if they had succeeded in wealth accumulation. Why Malaysia? Except for politics, Malaysia did shine forth in many areas - cultural tolerance, food heaven (you name it, from around the world), quality of life, affordable good living space, affordable and quality healthcare and the convenience of travelling around especially to Thailand for rich guys. Malaysia will never only consist of the rich or retirement people only and such would also never happen to any places in the world. Remember there is always a FREAKING BIG CHUNK of poor working class down there - The laws of this universe, just like ants, bees and other animals kingdom.
Government has to improve education system. Overcoming middle income trap will take more than 3 years. Some will cross the line but most will get stuck.
how to improve? even passing rate is lower compared 20 years ago, but last year was the one the most many form 5 students didn't registered themselves for SPM candidates.
