Ahhh LOVE LOVE LOVE to read that!! This one would be pregnancy safe.... BUT the bit at the beginning lying on the back should be adapted.... So lie on a bolster or couple of pillows to give you some elevation.....You don't want to lie on your back for too long whilst you are pregnant x

After 3 days of intense treatment of my injured area with a massage ball, coupled with short sections from your videos focussing on my glutes and buttocks I think I’m finally getting over the worst of my injury, a huge thank you for your support. The biggest mistake I made when things were really bad was to stop yoga and it’s only since I started back regularly with the support of your videos that I’m making steady progress. Your targeted videos have hit the right spot every time. I’m now going to concentrate on getting the strength back to the rest of my body, starting with my back and this video was a great start. The stretch with the bolster was so helpful and I could feel my back muscles relaxing as I kept the pose. Another targeted video tomorrow, probably deep hip stretch and release. x

I ended up doing this practice this afternoon, I went for a long walk with my dog and cleaned the house afterward, I think I did abit too much as ended up with quite bad backache 🙄 Anyway, this was a lovely release for my back, I feel much better now, thank you as always Helen 🙏💗xxx
