If ya'll are really trying to lose weight and work out...challenge yourselves for at least 21 days. After doing something for 21 days, it makes it a habit! :)

It's easy to think all the 10 min stomach workouts are the same but the mix of exercises are different with one or two different exercises thrown in. Great for mixing it up a little and keeping interest! Steve :-)

Gained some weight during my first semester of college, and most of it went to my lower belly. I’m going to try my best to do this AT LEAST once a day, but preferably two times (one in the morning, one at night) I’m home for thanksgiving so I’ll be doing this for a week straight! I was doing Lumowell exercises five days a week for a long time. My muscles were tired, then I decided to rest one whole week and when the week passed I started again and I had much better results, my muscles were better and stronger, because they had the chance to really rest.

Pne week over dear. I'm feeling lighter. My pouch stomach started from the chest. Now it's starting from stomach. I can tug sarees. Side flabs are also reduced to a great extent. I will do for one more month and update. God bless you dear. May God be always with you and fulfil all your good wishes

Zainab Akhtar OH thanks for reminding me to update! Well I did this for about a week or so and I didn't see much results. My stomach didnt get much flatter but I think it's because I built up lower ab muscles so idk... I started doing their two hit workouts for burning stomach fat (I can leave the link if you want) and I have seen results in 1-2 weeks :) My parents even told me that I was losing weight, so I think it has worked quiet well. I did in fact try to eat healthier, nothing big tho, just tried not eating sweets and stuff, I have stopped drinking soda (but I have my cheat days...) but I still eat alot of chocolate because chocolate is my one true love :) if you have any questions just ask! I will try to answer them asap :)

If your a starter you should go slow then as you advance you go faster and do harder more advanced things. Sorry if you don't understand that's what my coach told me when I do conditioning for gymnastics. Sorry. 😄
