The 7 Minute Workout is a "scientific" training that minimizes the time it takes to reach good physical shape from all points of view.
The video guide (with timer) illustrate 12 simple exercises that can be done anywhere! You can do the workout at home, it is practical since no equipment is necessary (just a simple chair) and is fast since it only lasts 7 minutes. In addition, to increase the intensity and effectiveness of the workout just repeat the workout.
The video offers a virtual personal trainer who, step by step, guides you in the execution of the exercises, indicating the execution times and the interludes, and also highlighting the possible errors of execution of the exercises.
The virtual personal trainer motivate and guide you to focus and get the most out of exercises.
The exercises provided by the 7 minute workout are 12:
1 - jumping jacks (aerobic exercise)
2 - wall squats (for legs and buttocks)
3 - push-ups (for arm muscles, chest and shoulders)
4 - crunches (for abs)

6 - squats (for legs and buttocks)
7 - triceps dips
8 - plank (for abs and flat tummy)
9 - high knee run (cardio and abdomen)
10 - lunges (legs)

I started this workout a long time ago to lose weight and kept coming back because not only did i lose the weight easily without taking it back, bit it also greatly improved my over all athleticism ! I feel more powerful and more in shape, i have more stability even tho i am not an inactive person at all. So i often come back to this workout just to stay in shape My pro tip : do it first thing in the morning ! It burns more fat

I lost 14 kg in 3 months and I am 11 years old. This is what I did: 1. I registered for school sports every term (basketball, netball, soccer) and sports that are very high intensity and involve a lot of moving 2. I started drinking only water (maybe a little bit of juice only at special events). Absolutely no soft drinks. 3, I ate healthier alternatives to all of my favorite foods (for example, healthy pizza or healthy chicken nuggets). There are a lot of healthy recipes online that your parents or, if you’re old enough, you can make 4. I did a 20 minute rotation exercise (20 minutes of leg workouts, 20 minutes of running or other cardio workouts, 20 minutes of strength building workouts) plus this workout 5. I talked to my friends at school and my parents about it. They were very encouraging. 6. I worked out with my older brother and parents. 7. Whenever I was hungry and I had already eaten breakfast, lunch or dinner, I reached for an apple, pear or orange rather than a packet of chips or ice cream. 8. I after I had completely finished working out to loosen my joints

Been waiting to write a comment on this until I had lost weight. This is an amazing work out. Started doing it once but now I do it twice a day when I work out. I don't exercise everyday but I walk a lot when I don't. If you can't do it at the beginning, follow the easy alternatives this video shows. And remember: all things are difficult before they become easy. Truth!

I started doing this exercises just for 7 minutes a day on March 20th and I was 74.4 kg. Today is April 4 and I am 72.8 kg. In 15 days with this exercises I lost 1.6 kg. It is wort to try. I am happy with the result.

I’ve actually been doing this workout for about a month everyday now and I’ve noticed a lot: I’ve lost almost 10 lbs, it gets easier the more you do it, abs have started to form, and my body is getting more of a shape! TRY THIS WORKOUT YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

I'm gonna do this for a month...I'll keep yall updated :)) I'm trying to lose 5 kg..and I'll be trying to do this 3 times a day , with a 10 minute workout. day 1 : done!! I had a problem w the side planks tho..not even sure I'm doing them correctly haha. day 2 : completed!felt kinda easier day 3 : doneee day 4 : completed!! I kinda have a problem w the last one though.i hate push ups so that's probably why day 5 : skipped I slept a little too early..:( day 6 : completed .. I feel a BIT changed honestly. day 7 : skipped.Came back from school tired from fasting.. day 8 : GOT REALLYY sick that I couldn't move :(( day 9 : completed!!got a bit better but still a bit of a headache & stomachache sometimes

I downloaded this 7min app on my phone which was similar to this exercise. I did it like 5/7 days every week for a few month and I was 54kg, then I lost 4kg and was 50kg. ofcourse I was on no junk food diet too. then one day I decided, now that I've lost weight, why don't I just eat whatever I want? and now I'm 58kg. worst decision ever 😂😂😂 now I gotta go back on this again 😣 it's always hard to start but I just started dieting again. I'm lazy asf 😂

Not really. There is always a choice to, you know, not read the comments? I find the comments reassuring, to be honest, so that I don't feel as bad when I'm not motivated to workout. Shows our humanity a bit, that we're not always perfect.

Okay I’ve been doing this workout twice on an evening for just over a week (I didn’t for two of the nights when I was sick but I still walked around a lot). I weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost 5lbs. This exercise has been alongside a good diet and lots of water though, so you need to do everything if you want the effect. I’m a 16 year old girl btw, but I’m obese so I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while now. I’m going to keep doing this workout every night and I might update in a few more weeks, but this is for the people who wanna know if this works. It does but you need to eat healthy too. Yeah it works I’ve lost 70lbs with a good diet and doing two reps of this 5 times a week. 👍

Just a note: take breaks in between each exercise for 30 seconds. That's basically why most people are saying "I'm dying". It's unhealthy and takes your breath when you do it nonstop.

It doesn't, "Take your breath," And it's not unhealthy, you're respiring anaerobicly which produces energy at a faster rate and therefore it is better for intense exercise. When people say, "I'm dying," It means that they are very tired and are breathing rapidly. That's the repayment of oxygen debt and isn't unhealthy at all. And feeling tired is due to them not doing enough exercise in general so when they do, they find it difficult

You're all right :) personally, I will keep pushing pause until I feel my heart can take this high rythm, because we don't all start with the same health and metabolism. In my opinion, no matter which course you fallow, your body will tell you when you're pushing too hard. For the majority of people starting from zero, the first win will be to make those exercises a habit, to hack their brain into being responsible for themselves and becoming a human again (I.e that moves, thinks and is able to feed itself without the overload of bad things that sedentariness (=fucked up hormones, brain function and emotions) and industrial shitty food give us)

My situation was similar. I was in a state of depression and my weight was much heftier than it should have been. I lost 1 pound a day! 1 week = 7 pounds! If you want the same results, do this once a day and 10min Zumba. I also have a diet - Small portions, No sugar, Low carbs, and LOTS of water. Tips- Everyday for breakfast i have a protein shake, these are really fulling and healthy. I also ate no fruit, i am unsure if this helps on the diet but i don't like/eat any fruit. hope i helped :) please comment if i did.

(If u watches my channel and sees this, it’s just me doing my workout! It’s healthy and for all ages!😋) I have done this workout routine for almost the whole semester, but I didn’t really control my diet - now when I do, I have seen so many changes just in a couple of days! It feels like my whole body have changed shape, I wasn’t fat before or anything but I’ve gotten more visible curves etc. I have lost a lot of fat too, so when I put on my yoga pants they was not as tight anymore😊 I don’t do this for the sake of losing weight, but I do this for losing fat and building muscle mass.

I am gonna try this for a few monts and document my journey Before I start: I am a fifteen year old girl. I do this 3 times a week in the evenings before tea and it feels great! Rest day in between so as to keep motivation going. It’s hard to start with but gets easier, the fitter you get 👍🏽🏁 You can do it! 🤸🏼‍♂️🏆🥇

sugas jams can't really answer your question there since I don't really have a scale with me 😅 I kinda do this to build my 'non-existent' stamina anyway. Good luck achieving your goal, army!!

So, I weigh 50 kg, which isn't overweight for a 13-year-old, but I want to lose weight. I didn't do any diet plan but I always eat healthy (lots of vegetables\fruit and plant-based protein 'cause I'm vegetarian) and I walk 10\15 minutes every day + this workout every evening. Day 1: Tiny bit of difficulty on some exercises but feeling strong and energized. 49.9 kg Day 2: Difficulty lessens. Stronger. 49.9kg still. Day 3: Same as Day 2 really Day 4: 49,8 kg, pumping through it :) Day 5: same Day 6, 7, 8 and 9: No significant improvements but still going strong!

I ended up doing pushups by practicing with my feet on the floor and my knees too. It took the weight off my feet and arms. I wish you luck and I'm sure you will get it soon. :]

Took a piece of clothes. Fold them and put it under your knees. Thats how i usually do it

Please be careful while dieting- After three days of intense exercise routines and dancing, as well as 3 very small meals a day, I almost collapsed. My whole body was shaking, and aching for food. I didn't sleep well, and though I was loosing weight very fast, it wasn't healthy for me. Please be careful.

3 meals isn't enough for your body. In order to lose weight properly you should be eating 4-6 small meals the last meal should be light before going to bed due to your stomach will start pulling at the food that you were eating earlier and that's what makes you keep fat. Hopefully this helps!

Honey, if you're going to exercise intensely, please eat. Diet is not about eating less, it's about eating right. It's more to change what you eat, not change your portion. Eat healthy, your body needs energy and nutritions, especially if you're going to exercise. Good luck

I am gonna start doing this every day (hopefully) I am 53kg and I want to get 50kg! I'll keep you in uptade :) Ps. It may sound like im already too skinny but I am really short so 53kg is a lot for my height! Like to keep motivated :) Day 1 : Feels exhausted even through I did a lot of the "if cou can't" and I took longer breaks than I supposed to. Obviously not any change in my body yet
