What's the thoughts on upper body arm workouts for pitchers? What would be a percentage breakdown of muscle groups to target? Core Legs Back Arms

We definitely believe in developing the total body when it comes to workouts. Here are some videos we've made in the past about lifting, etc.: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJbKpqt3fLyCetk kzbin.info/www/bejne/hpvFqaNooNyjn7c kzbin.info/www/bejne/r5PUhH-vhK9pfZI kzbin.info/www/bejne/fqa0n5ZuZ5pojpo kzbin.info/www/bejne/iZXdmYKJp9uNbqM

How do you think he got where he is? Magic? You can’t just stop working out and making adjustments in your game and expect to continue to throw hard
