I think the F150 and Ranger are the two trucks that can best benefit from lowering the rear to level them. They get pretty tall when you lift the front 2.75” and that gets into some additional costs with tires and maybe rims. If you are not seriously off-roading you don’t necessarily need to go higher. Nice look! I have a 2021 F150 that has 2l75” in the front levelling the truck with struts. No spacers. It’s a nepice kit and I have gone slightly larger with the tires. I do go off-road with my truck. Thanks for showing this option. A couple of guys I know have Silverado 4x4s that have lowered them a fair bit. They look great and have the Automatic 4wd so are basically a nice AWD truck that is very comfortable getting in and out of, uniquely different and still look great. Stay safe fellas!!

@@jcn7929 I don’t have a rear shackles drop. I said if you don’t want to level the truck with the lift in front, you can simple do the drop with the rear shackles. It wont be level, but it will definitely have a nice stance. Technically it’s wrong to take all of the rake out of the back of the truck if you are towing or hauling, it can creat some adverse handling and the front headlights need some serious adjustments to work properly and still will blind oncoming traffic at night. The 2.75” levelling kit up front is basically level. A very slight rake still. I no longer have that truck though and have a 2022 Tremor that I will be leaving stock.

Didn’t have to shim mine after drop shackles installed. I can go 1 hunned with no vibration or wobble.

I used the Ford performance 2" drop shackle it dropped it about 2 inches. After the installation the front was 1 inch lower then the rear.....I DID NOT have to use the SHIMS....I called Ford Performance prior to the installation and they stated I wouldn't need the shims....No change in ride, trans shifting and no vibration...I have a 2020 F150 2WD with a V8

@@jerryjeromehawkins1712 If you use stock shocks and remove the blocks, you change the normal range of movement of the shock and risk damaging the shocks at the extremes of travel. In this case, if you hit a hard bump, your shocks will slam into their internal travel stop before the bump stop can absorb any of the impact. You'll beat the sh t out of the shocks and they will fail prematurely. Guys that lift the rear of the truck do the same thing but they risk damage at full suspension droop and can rip the factory shocks apart if they aren't careful.

I did the FRPP M-3000-H4A $400.00. The only kit that I know of that transmission angle!! 1.5" Front/2.5" Rear Lowering. Makes the truck look awesome. As I say the taller your truck the smaller your junk LMAO!!!

Watched this video twice and can’t find it beneficial for anyone. There’s no actual step by step but there’s a lot of camera movement and video shows what was done after it was installed.
