Femoral nerve- Nerve of anterior compartment of thigh. Anterior division- Branch to sartorius Branch to pectineus. Posterior division- Saphenous nerve Branch to quadriceps femoris. Obturator nerve- Nerve of adductor or medial compartment of thigh. Anterior division- Adductor longus Adductor brevis Gracilis Pectineus rarely. Sciatic nerve- Posterior compartment of thigh Tibial nerve- Enter sole deep to flexor retinaculum. Posterior compartment of leg and sole. Common peroneal nerve- Deep peroneal nerve- Anterior compartment of leg. Superficial peroneal nerve- Lateral compartment of thigh
