As far as I know the v series stuff is rebranded from SBDs other manufacturers. The wrenches and screwdrivers were USAG/Facom and were quite a bit cheaper with the craftsman badge. some of the wrench sets were also sold as Mac as well. As far as I can tell the ratchets are junk though.
