People complain about Sleepy Joe Biden in America, but we have a pair on our local town council who could do a great double act - the Andy and Wendy Show - one just shouts all the time and the other doesn't seem to understand anything, and just makes no sense. These two run the council. The others never get a word in. The officials just glaze over when then start. They're both on loads of the committees and a very common phrase from one is "well, I haven't read the report, but I'm against" - The funniest recently being an elderly lady who had put up an ornamental ballustrade on her house, and if she squeezed through her bedroom windown, and went to the edge, her ballustrade might fall down - so that's how plannning decisions get made in silly Suffolk! Somebody voted this pair in, and their constant bickering makes the entire council look really stupid.
