According to SC Boy, Olivera will go to Australia for college. He wanted to continue playing SC2; but the fate of 2025 EWC SC2 (also the fate of SC2 remaining as a mainstream esports game) being so uncertain… he waited for EWC 2025 announcement for SC2 until January but nothing so far. So eventually he decided to retire. He is from a reasonably wealthy family and he is still young and bright, i am very sure that he will have a successful career probably somewhere else. Best luck to Olivera!

Oliveira/Time will be missed as the greatest Chinese sc2 player. He really made a miracle winning the world champion in 2023!

I think we all have to thank Oliveira for letting us be part of the greatest SC2 Story in History! The normal Man wasn't a normal Man for this one Tournament! He is such a great player and he can always remember, he was the best of the best for one Time! Man, this gives me so many opposite Feelings but mostly I'm sad that he's leaving. I wish all the best to this phenomenal Player 😊❤❤❤

Can anybody explain what happened here, i.e. why Reynor switched to his main but Oliveira kept Protoss? Seems like they had some "side agreement" to off-race and Reynor just said FY 😞 But somebody please enlighten me, as I'm just an external noob watcher, but this looked strange; to say the least.
