Installed my FS elite 9 just like my old H.D.S and now no power but my old one will power right up same connections

It’s crazy… if you have shorter and bigger gauge wires to test the unit, that’s what I would do… just to make sure it’s not getting enough power

Stick with Garmin. Lowerance has horrible customer service. Won’t fix my unit only had it two months and it’s garbage. Don’t waste your money on that crap. Garmin is superb in customer service and you speak to someone who understands and speaks English. Not a India call center. Buyers consider yourself warned. Lowerance is garbage. I threw mine away.

@@marioc5326 You might get better customer service with Garmin but you also get a worse user experience with Garmin cause they suck! It's like using a unit from 1999. It's slow, laggy and the menus look so outdated. If you compare a Garmin with Lowrance it's like the Lowrance is a high end computer while Garmin is an old terminal computer.
